  • Disability Employment Services (soon to be Inclusive Employment Australia)

About the Role

As a Disability Employment Advocate (DEA) based in Noosaville, you'll play a vital role in helping participants overcome barriers and achieve meaningful employment. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Case Management

    Support participants by identifying their strengths and challenges, developing tailored employment plans, and providing ongoing workplace support.
  • Employer Engagement

    Build strong relationships with local employers, create inclusive job opportunities, and match participants with roles that suit their skills and aspirations.
  • Training Delivery

    Facilitate pre-employment and on-the-job training for participants, and offer customised training to employers to foster inclusive workplaces.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication – both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with solid administrative skills
  • The ability to achieve outstanding employment results in a performance focused environment

Previous experience in Employment Services is a desirable but not essential.

Successful candidates will need to undergo:
