Job Coach

Our Job Coach role is to empower clients to achieve their employment goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable participants to find their own employment through appropriate activities.
  • Develop relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.
  • Reverse market clients to employers to ensure successful placements.
  • Place participants into sustainable employment, resulting in positive outcomes.
  • Ensure all activity is accurately recorded and documented, adhering to compliance and contractual requirements.

You will be working as part of a collaborative team of employment services professionals who share a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve desired results.
