Job Description

As a key member of our resort team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the resort overnight. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to owners and guests, while also maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to after-hours guest inquiries and completing check-ins/check-outs in a timely manner
  • Conducting security inspections and monitoring noise levels to ensure the well-being of all guests
  • Performing light cleaning duties in public areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
