About the Role

This is a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) role based in the Tiwi Islands, with a 10-day on, 4-day off roster. The position requires full-time hours and a valid right to work in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist a diverse range of clients with everyday activities and provide support services such as domestic assistance, social support, respite, and personal care.
  • Meet the changing needs of customers by providing flexible services, including personal and respite care, social support, domestic assistance, overnight care, and 24-hour support.
Requirements
  • A completed Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Individual Support.
  • A current and valid full driver's licence.
  • A smart mobile phone.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Access to the internet and experience using a computer, systems, and applications.
  • Proficiency in the use of technology, such as smart phones, email, and internet.
