Leadership Role for Senior Software Developers

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and motivate a team of software engineers in our mission to drive innovation in software operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a group of Python developers working remotely across the globe
  • Recruitment, guidance, mentorship, feedback, and hands-on career development for team members
  • Demonstrate solid engineering principles by contributing directly to code
  • Plan and oversee progress on agreed goals and projects
  • Set expectations with other engineering teams and align on project objectives
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent ability to develop and nurture people and have a track record of doing so
  • Strong knowledge and passion for agile software development methodologies
  • Love leading, mentoring, and coaching software developers - especially those proficient in Python
  • Expertise in cloud computing concepts and technologies
