Software Engineering Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate technical delivery by overseeing solution design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Guide backend development utilizing PHP frameworks like Symfony or Laravel and frontend architecture using Angular.
  • Collaborate with AWS serverless services to craft scalable and cost-effective infrastructure.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, managing build processes with tools such as Docker.
  • Leverage modern tooling and observability practices to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Develop automation tests and unit tests using frameworks like Cypress or Jest.
  • Identify and research emerging technologies or tools that can enhance team efficiency and product quality, driving their adoption.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers through all phases of software development.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with developers, supporting their growth and performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Angular.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS serverless services.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools like Cypress or Jest.
  • Deep understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and build/release processes.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
