Job Description

Global Vision Recruitment on behalf of Techno Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Data Platform in Bundall, Queensland.

Position: Software Engineer

Salary: $77,000 to $85, % superannuation

Hours: 38 hours/week

Mode: Full-time

Location: F10B, 47 Ashmore Road, Bundall, QLD 4217

Experience required: Minimum 2 years in relevant roles

Role Overview

The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CRM, ERP, and other business applications. Collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with engineers and developers to determine requirements and design system components.
  • Design and develop software applications tailored to user needs.
  • Investigate and resolve software and system malfunctions.
  • Debug and optimize program logic for system stability.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure performance.
  • Provide support to engineers, developers, QA teams, and end-users.
  • Develop detailed specifications for software and hardware integrations.
  • Plan and oversee operational details of computer systems.
  • Create technical documentation and illustrations.
  • Assess project feasibility and contribute to software development strategy.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of software development experience.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or similar languages.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong skills in developing and maintaining business applications.
  • Knowledge of software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in CRM and ERP development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of APIs, system integration, microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
