Job Opportunity: Civil Estimator Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Estimator Lead to join our business. This role will be responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of challenging projects across various industry sectors.

  • Project Oversight: Coordinating internal and external resources, preparation and submission of tenders, evaluation of tender and estimating processes for cost effectiveness, tender negotiations, and coordination of tender handover to project teams.
  • Budgeting Management: Preparation of budgets based on tender submissions, assessment and pricing of contract variation orders.
  • Client Liaison: Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field.
  • 5+ years' management experience in civil construction projects with a project value of $5m to $20m+
  • Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of commercial acumen.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
