About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our studio operations as a Pilates Studio Operations Manager. This key role is pivotal in driving our studio's success, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Studio Team: Energize and mentor the studio team to achieve outstanding results, drive growth, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations during class hours (minimum 25 hours onsite), ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
  • Community Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to grow local partnerships, drive marketing activations, and enhance member engagement.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze studio KPIs, retention rates, and Net Promoter Scores to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail
  • 3+ years of customer service excellence
  • Thrives in dynamic environments with diverse tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and experience with AXLE & Mindbody is a plus
