At Travelex, we're passionate about retail and travel, and we're looking for a self-motivated and friendly retailer/customer service expert to join our team. As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets
  • Maximize sales and promote our Travelex product range to all customers
  • Embrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews/Facebook/Instagram
  • Monitor stock levels and investigate overs and shorts (differences) and report
  • Comply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirements

Your Qualifications:

  • Passion for travel and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment
  • Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)
  • Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail
  • A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs
  • Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally
