Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will perform receiving inspections, in-process inspections, and outgoing inspections for manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Receiving, in-process, and outgoing inspection of manufactured products.
  • Assist laboratory supervisor on analyzing customer returns/customer complaints.
  • Generate Certificate of Analysis (COA).
  • Authorize signatures on COA.
  • Record test results and input into Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Review SPC trends and highlight any abnormalities.
  • Issue Production Batch Tickets to production.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
  • Perform Measurement System Analysis.
  • Liaise with vendors on equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Able to perform overtime when required.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science disciplines from a four-year college or university.
  • Experience in chemical analysis and operating laboratory instruments.
