Key Quality Assurance Role

As a seasoned professional in quality assurance, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead food quality and safety to uphold certifications such as Primesafe and HACCP.
  • Maintain and enhance the Quality Assurance System, including pre-requisite programs, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), calibration, verification, and customer feedback.
  • Oversee the testing of products for safety and nutrition, working closely with production staff, food technologists, nutritionists, veterinarians, and external suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a quality management role within the meat, seafood, food, or pet food industries.
  • Leadership experience in implementing and auditing quality management systems, including Primesafe & HACCP.
  • Education in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields.

A successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive quality initiatives and foster collaborative relationships across teams.
