Seeking a caring and supportive individual to provide assistance to individuals with special needs. This role involves providing care, support and companionship to clients, primarily those with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-on-one support and care to clients
  • Facilitating social interactions and group activities
  • Transporting clients to and from appointments and outings
  • Cooking meals and maintaining a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

  • Valid working with children's check
  • Current first aid certificate
  • National police clearance
  • Full driver's license and willingness to drive a 12-seater bus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals with special needs
  • Relevant qualifications in fields such as psychology, education or healthcare
