NDIS Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking exceptional support workers to join our team at Wollongong on a permanent part-time basis (22.8 hours per week).

  • This role involves delivering centre-based/group activities and individual supports, meeting the goals of the people we support.
  • You will work collaboratively with other team members under the guidance of the NDIS Manager to ensure effective service operation.
About You
  • You are a team player with a positive approach to your work, demonstrating initiative, motivation, flexibility, and commitment.
  • You value each individual and strive to build trust and respect in your relationships.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and NSW mental health system is essential, with willingness and ability to learn.
  • The ability to use a recovery-based approach to assist people with severe and persistent mental illness is required.
  • Demonstrated values consistent with person-centred ways of working and supporting the person's choice and control are essential.
Additional Details
  • Some travel may be required between Wollongong and Campbelltown.
