**About the role**:
Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:
- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.
- Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing
- Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
**Requirements**:
- A current full driver's license and own car
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW)
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Experienced in Manual Handling, bowel care, and challenging behaviors, and other high-care skills.
- Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
