Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading structural designs for conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities;">
  • Managing end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support;">
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects;">
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional growth and development;">
  • Refining technical expertise and engaging directly with clients.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering;">
  • Chartered Professional Engineer status;">
  • Experience in the water and wastewater sector and general industrial structures;">
  • Proven experience in various aspects of structural engineering, including study involvement, budget, schedule, and scope development;">
  • Experience delivering water and wastewater projects in accordance with Australian requirements;">
  • An interest in strengthening and growing existing client connections and supporting the building of relevant new relationships;">
  • A working style that embraces collaboration with other disciplines;">
