Key Role Overview

This critical position is ideal for an accomplished structural engineer looking to take on senior responsibilities in a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of diverse industrial, water, and wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will have the opportunity to lead structural design initiatives for conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities, as well as general light and heavy industrial projects. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll oversee end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.

About Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in various aspects of structural engineering, including study involvement, budget, schedule, and scope development, detailed design, analysis, construction/commissioning phase support.
  • Experience delivering water and wastewater projects in accordance with Australian requirements.
  • Experience in scoping and developing engineering work packages, including time-based estimates for deliverables.
  • An interest in strengthening and growing existing client connections and supporting the building of relevant new relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
  • A working style that embraces collaborative working with other disciplines to bring together the best technical expertise from across the organization.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and career progression, with a desire to develop and mentor junior engineers.
