We're on the lookout for a passionate and dynamicTeam Leaderto join our vibrant Tamworth Hub for a 6 month maternity leave cover. Reporting to the Senior Service Manager, you'll help shape brighter futures with your hands-on leadership and innovative thinking. You'll be all about client empowerment, choice, and smashing goals—while guiding your team to be their very best.

You've got a minimum 1 years experience as a leader in the disability sector (bonus if it's in community services) Oh and you have also completed Certificate III in Community Services. You're bursting with creativity and know how to turn big ideas into reality. You're an exceptional communicator who can engage with just about anyone. You are happy for your role to be a mix of support worker and administration days. You're passionate about helping clients connect, grow, and build a brighter future. You're resilient, empathetic, and ready to make a lasting impact.
