We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist ready to step into team management.
This role offers the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to meaningful community outcomes. Whether you have leadership experience or are seeking to develop your leadership skills permanently, we would love to hear from you
You will utilize your clinical skills to make a difference in the lives of NDIS participants and support the development of your team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services efficiently
- Providing Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology services within schools, homes, and community settings
- Using clinical observations and assessments to set personalized treatment goals
- Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve participant outcomes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Supervising and mentoring graduate and early-career clinicians
- Fostering a supportive environment to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes
- Supporting clinicians with scheduling, referrals, and workflow management
- Maintaining compliance with current NDIS legislation

To be considered, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
- Minimum 5 years' experience post-graduation
- Leadership skills to meet key responsibilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and motivation for continuous improvement
- Desire to mentor and support early-career clinicians
- A collaborative, fun, and supportive work environment
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
