Job Title: Supportive Learning Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking a flexible and passionate professional to support our childcare team. As a Supportive Learning Professional, you will be responsible for assisting permanent staff with daily routines and transitions, delivering play-based learning aligned with early childhood education principles, and fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Support permanent staff in daily routines and transitions across various age groups
- Contribute to delivering engaging play-based learning experiences that meet the needs of young learners
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or currently studying towards it)
- A Working with Children Check (Employee) - VIC
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certification
- Experience working in early childhood education (desirable)
- Ability to work flexibly across all age groups
