DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities- Create personalized education plans that cater to students' unique learning requirements
- Provide targeted interventions and accommodations to ensure equitable access to learning
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to embed inclusive practices across the curriculum
- BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS AND PROMOTE THEIR WELL-BEING AND RESILIENCE
- Model restorative approaches to behaviour management and encourage social-emotional development
- Bachelor of Education (Special Education) or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Strong knowledge of Individualised Education Plan (IEP) development, National Consistent Criteria Disability (NCCD) requirements, and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Commitment to ongoing professional learning and reflective practice
