As a Learning Support Professional in this role, you will work collaboratively with our experienced team to plan and implement engaging social and educational activities that promote a child's sense of belonging, resilience, kindness, and teamwork.
About the RoleThis part-time position involves assisting Room Leaders and qualified educators in providing high-quality early learning experiences for children in small group sizes. You will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring their overall well-being and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the planning and delivery of curriculum-aligned programs that promote children's learning and development
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to quality standards and regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program objectives and ensure continuity of care
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent). You should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks.
