We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Federal Group. As a key member of our Risk and Sustainability function, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our health and safety framework and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies and plans to prevent injuries and manage risks.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise a small team and provide guidance on health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and their impact on operational practices.
  • Develop and improve health and safety frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and business rules.
