About the Role
TasWater CDO is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Manager to join our programs team. This role provides leadership, advice, and support in driving exceptional HSEQ performance through alignment and delivery of the TW CDO Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and managing the HSEQ program, including systems, governance, and onsite audits
- Managing Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality teams with supportive leadership
- Mentorship of Quality team
- Working closely with the Alliance Program Manager on reporting process
Requirements:
- Health & Safety degree qualified, and minimum 10 years Health & Safety, and 5 years Environmental management experience
- Strong HSE Solution Focused mindset where obstacles can be overcome
- Experience in Health and Safety Management on major infrastructure projects in utilities, oil & gas or energy
- Demonstrated leadership capability managing geographically dispersed teams
