About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Wellways. As a key member of our Workplace Health and Safety Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining WHS compliance and driving a positive health and safety culture across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WHS policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and support to employees on WHS matters
- Monitor and report on WHS performance
