Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Reliability Engineer will play a key role in optimizing our operations, boosting efficiency, and driving sustainable improvements.

  • Drive the achievement of machinery uptime optimisation goals.
  • Ensure preventative and predictive maintenance projects are delivered on time within scope.
  • Design, manage and enhance site preventative maintenance using D365 Asset Maintenance package and other software.
  • Ensure repairs are completed to drive optimal reliability of all mechanical equipment.
  • Provide leadership to maintenance team members including upskilling and enhancing fault finding and diagnostics capabilities.
  • Effectively manage inventory and suppliers and contractor relationships.
  • Promote a Zero Harm safety culture aligned with WHS principles.
  • Travel to other sites approximately once every three weeks.

  • Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline (mechanical, manufacturing preferred).
  • Reliability and maintenance expertise.
  • Experience leading small teams.
  • Positive, proactive attitude, striving for excellence.
  • Ability to travel interstate as required.
  • Desirable experience in roll forming, light gauge metal rolling-forming-punching, hydraulics, metal fabrication, and the use and management of Preventative Maintenance packages.
