Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to support our operations in optimizing plant performance, embedding best practices, and delivering engineering solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying bottlenecks, improving energy efficiency, enhancing plant reliability, and contributing to capital projects.

This is a hands-on role working closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to promote and reinforce a strong safety culture, support problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Promote a strong safety culture through active engagement in programs and initiatives.
  • Solve problems, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to support operations.
  • Design, implement, and challenge best practice processes and systems, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Perform risk assessments in compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Analyze maintenance data to drive reliability improvements.
  • Lead continuous improvement and plant optimization projects.
  • Assist in preparing business cases for capital initiatives.
Requirements:

A degree in Chemical or Process Engineering is required. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of engineering principles, proven problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in operations, maintenance, or process improvement.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. The ability to drive initiatives, manage small to medium-sized projects, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders is essential.
