Process Optimization and Reliability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization and Reliability Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the achievement of machinery uptime optimisation goals, ensuring preventative and predictive maintenance projects are delivered on time within scope, designing and managing site preventative maintenance using D365 Asset Maintenance package and other software.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure repairs are completed to drive optimal reliability of all mechanical equipment, provide leadership to maintenance team members including upskilling and enhancing fault finding and diagnostics capabilities, effectively manage inventory and suppliers and contractor relationships, and promote a Zero Harm safety culture aligned with WHS principles.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree-qualified in an Engineering discipline (mechanical, manufacturing preferred), reliability and maintenance expertise, experience leading small teams, a positive, proactive attitude, striving for excellence, and ability to travel interstate as required.
