Gas Team Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Team Leader to join our elite Gas Networks & Services Team at our depot in Albury. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor and lead a frontline gas maintenance crew responsible for delivering high-quality construction, fault response, and maintenance activities on gas mains and services throughout the gas distribution networks of the Albury area.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the job-specific planning and execution of work orders.
- Provide emergency response services during and after regular hours.
- Oversee the performance of employees and contractors.
- Proactively and visibly promote and drive a Zero Harm culture, guiding and coaching others.
- Deliver planned and unplanned work, order materials and products required to complete allocated fieldwork, and control resources while on site.
About You
- A proven track record of hands-on exposure to gas utility assets in the field, either as part of a crew or, ideally, in a team leader role.
- MR/HR licence and possessing an excavator licence is an advantage.
