Selection Criteria

  • Highly skilled and effective in all areas of communication.
  • Experience in providing administrative support in a team environment, including scheduling, records maintenance, and data entry.
  • Understanding of and respect for confidentiality, privacy, and dignity.
  • Ability to use technology in various formats to perform this role.
  • Ability to manage multiple databases and adhere to EA and work practices agreements for the Diocese.
  • Passion, willingness, or experience in timetabling, scheduling, or rostering and event organization.
  • Understanding of event management requirements in a school setting.

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience in administration or events work is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business administration or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the wider Support Staff team.
  • Highly developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize deadlines.
  • Leading a positive and proactive team dedicated to customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Current driver's license.
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check.
  • The successful candidate will need to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
