Customer Success Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Lead to drive client retention and expansion for a growing B2B company.

About the Role

This key role is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while identifying growth opportunities.

  • You will work directly with the client team, owning complete customer lifecycle management from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • You will manage relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and account expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, driving renewals, and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  2. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  4. Present to business owners and senior stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and account expansion.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • 3+ years experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving renewals.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative communication skills.
