Role Overview

This role is pivotal in our continued expansion, focusing on driving real business growth through strategic account planning, new business development, and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow usage and meet revenue targets.
  • Increase adoption within existing accounts while actively securing new business.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor account health, identify insights, and take proactive steps to drive engagement and retention.
  • Use consultative selling to match client needs with tailored solutions.
  • Lead product adoption and usage initiatives across your portfolio.
  • Challenge the status quo and identify smarter ways to deliver value.
  • Conduct disciplined reviews to ensure continued value, training, and alignment.
  • Manage your sales pipeline with a strong focus on performance and accountability.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records and use data to inform strategy and activity.

You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in account management and/or new business development.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and expand client accounts.
  • Experience in real estate or a property-adjacent industry (preferred).
  • A growth mindset and openness to coaching and development.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across varied stakeholders.
  • A team player who is goal-oriented and committed to both personal and team growth.
  • Confidence in delivering product training and presenting to groups.
