Part Time Roster Details

30 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 9:30am - 4:00pm

We deliver a seamless banking experience to millions of customers. Our team positively impacts our customers' lives and provides holistic solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs.
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes.
  • Provide options for customers through education & demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Problem solve & provide effective solutions while championing processes and procedures.

We're looking for individuals who have:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services or retail.
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
  • The ability to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and place the customer at the centre of everything.
  • A genuine interest in improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers.
