Your Role :

As a Personal Banker, you will be the first point of contact for our Members, servicing their everyday banking needs such as inquiries and processing applications for savings accounts, insurances, personal loans, and credit cards, while educating members on digital banking solutions.

In this role, you will be expected but not limited to :

  • Providing a seamless end-to-end banking experience.
  • Making outbound calls to new and prospective members.
  • Referring mortgage inquiries to our mortgage specialists.
  • Creating meaningful conversations with members by building trust and confidence.
  • Building relationships within the Defence Community.
  • Educating members to adopt and use digital banking tools.

About You

We're looking for bright minds, promoters of digital banking, and individuals with a strong level of numeracy to join our team.

  • Previous experience in the retail banking sector.
  • Tier 2 accreditation is preferred.

Please note : Due to the unique nature of this location and base access requirements, this branch-based role is open to Australian citizens only.
