You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Contribute to growth and excellence of the water industry through innovation within our organisations and the broader body of professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex project delivery
- Manage and grow client relationships
- Oversee project resources, timelines
- Take the lead in business development
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental or Civil Engineering (or related field)
- Strong technical foundation in hydrology/catchment modelling, water-sensitive urban design, and modelling software
- Proven project management experience
- Knowledge of integrated water management principles, practices, and limitations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic mindset and ability to identify new business opportunities
