Key Responsibilities
Lead complex project delivery
Manage and grow client relationships
Oversee project resources, timelines
Take the lead in business development
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Environmental or Civil Engineering (or related field)
Strong technical foundation in hydrology/catchment modelling, water-sensitive urban design, and modelling software
Proven project management experience
Knowledge of integrated water management principles, practices, and limitations
Excellent communication skills
Strategic mindset and ability to identify new business opportunities
