Job DescriptionAs a Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Lead Generator Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained across our resort properties. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of Guest Experience Hosts, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Schedule onsite resident guests for Owner Updates or regular Club presentations during their stay at the resort property.
In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also be responsible for greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, completing department-related paperwork, utilizing all communication equipment, meeting guests face-to-face to generate sales appointments, establishing rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience, working closely with the resort operations team to ensure high service levels and seamless check-in processes, clearly articulating the benefits of traveling within our community, and meeting targets and KPIs as set by the business.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar hotel role.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and local knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work enthusiastically, motivate yourself, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Professional presentation and high level of computer literacy.
- Experience with PMS systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
