Job Description:
We are seeking travel professionals to fill cruise consultant positions.
As a cruise consultant, you will be the voice of Princess Cruises, taking inbound calls and web chat enquiries regarding cruise holidays. You will drive cruise sales, encourage customer loyalty, and deliver exceptional customer service.
You will work in a dynamic team environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
