Job Title: Business Relationship Manager
The primary function of a Business Relationship Manager is to develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients. This involves ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our products, thereby achieving their individual business objectives.
You will play a pivotal role in creating sustainable relationships by building trust, fostering meaningful connections among key stakeholders, and delivering custom ROI analysis for your client base.
To excel in this position, you will need to acquire a deep understanding of your customer's business goals by establishing rapport and developing collaborative relationships.
You will also ensure clients comprehend the value our software brings to their businesses by conducting regular reviews and audits.
Additionally, you will address support inquiries and consult customers on optimizing software usage.
This demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work closely with diverse clients within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in accounting, preferably CA or CPA qualifications, and experience in client-facing roles in professional services or technology.
