Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities across commercial functions and coordinate cross-functional efforts where necessary.
  • Lead a workstream within special projects and deep-dives to capture value acceleration.
  • Prepare updates for executive leadership and the board.

You'll also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across commercial functions and departments, as well as with the finance, network and revenue management teams.

Actively contribute to the Commercial Acceleration team by sharing best practices, interrogating data and identifying trends, gaps and opportunities using analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

6+ years' experience in top-tier management/strategy consulting, looking to advance your career from Experienced/Senior Consultant to Manager of Commercial Acceleration Strategy.

Essential qualifications include leading teams successfully, promoting a data-driven culture, synthesizing insights into a management-level narrative to drive decision making.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience preparing CEO/board-level presentations are essential.

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree (MBA or relevant postgraduate degree desirable)
  • 6+ years' experience in strategy/management consulting
  • Ability to synthesize insights into a management-level narrative to drive decision making
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in preparing CEO/board-level presentations
