Customer Service Delivery Lead

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance. The successful candidate will also have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
This role involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, through proactive issue resolution and effective communication. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing transactions, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will participate in visual merchandising and store displays, contribute to team meetings and goal setting, and support other team members as needed.
