Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior In-House Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and support to our business, working closely with the HUB24 platform and distribution business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and drafting disclosure documents
  • Communicating with advisers and investors
  • Product documentation and development
  • Contract negotiation
  • Providing advice on distribution arrangements and fee disclosure

Requirements:

  • Recognised Australian legal qualification
  • At least 4 years post-qualification experience
  • Expertise in Superannuation, Platforms, Custody, Investments, Managed Portfolios, and Financial Services law & Corporate Law disciplines
