We are seeking an experienced In-House Legal Advisor to join our team. As a commercially minded legal professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping the legal direction of our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including technology, supplier, logistics and partnership contracts. You will also provide practical and commercially relevant legal advice to internal stakeholders, monitor and advise on regulatory compliance and assist in developing and maintaining legal policies and risk frameworks.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years' post-qualification experience, preferably gained in-house or within a corporate practice.
  • Strong commercial contract experience with the ability to balance legal risk and business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with consumer law, privacy/data protection and corporate governance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
