Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, with the ability to implement leadership skills and effectively manage staff. Strong cash, stock, and labor control skills are essential, as well as dispute management and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Lead by example and provide clear direction to team members on shift.
  • Ensure that food and service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Assist in staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labor resources.
  • Supervise stock, inventory, and cash.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and site policies/procedures.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous supervisory experience (minimum 6 months).
  • Able to supervise staff, implement leadership skills.
  • Cash, stock and labor control skills.
  • Dispute management/conflict resolution skills.
  • Flexibility across work days/hours.
