We are seeking a driven and capable Contract Administrator to join our team.

About the Role
  • Maintain proactive and positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules, and plan actions in alignment with the Head Contract.
  • Take ownership of all costs and budget outcomes, ensuring current knowledge of the project's financial position at any point in time.
  • Support the Project Manager and Site Manager to determine and communicate an effective request for information (RFI) management process with subcontractors.
  • Ensure project document control meets all contract requirements, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
About You
  • You will need a strong commercial awareness and ability to drive commercially beneficial relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working for a commercial builder (head contractor) delivering projects of a similar size and scope as the lead Contract Administrator.
  • A Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field is preferred but not essential.
