Compensation and BenefitsThe selected candidate can expect a competitive remuneration package ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation. Additionally, the role offers comprehensive support, including full administrative assistance, allowing the psychologist to focus on their clinical practice.
Moreover, this position provides opportunities for ongoing professional development, with an annual allowance of $1,500 allocated for relevant training. The clinic fosters a dynamic team culture, complete with regular events and opportunities for colleagues to connect and grow together.
About the Role- This is an in-person role based at a centrally located clinic in Hughesdale, VIC.
- A consistent caseload is available, ensuring a steady flow of clients.
- The ideal candidate will specialise in delivering neuro-affirming therapies to children and young people with ADHD, ASD, and other neurodivergent conditions.
The successful applicant will work with diverse client presentations, including:
- Parental strategies and support
- Emotional regulation challenges
- Anxiety, worry, and coping with life transitions
- Behavioural concerns and interventions
- Building emotional resilience and self-confidence
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Experience working with neurodiverse children and young people
- Eligibility to obtain Medicare provider numbers
