Child Wellbeing Specialist

As a Child Wellbeing Specialist at The Orange Door, you will be part of an integrated team providing specialist support to children and young people who are experiencing or have experienced family violence. Your role will involve working with clients to assess and prioritise risks and needs, providing an initial response and acting as a source of information.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience working with children and families, particularly in situations where there are complex needs and risk issues. You will need a relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, and substantial experience in the relevant service stream. You should also be able to demonstrate resilience when working with clients who have been exposed to trauma.
