About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Communications and Engagement Consultant to join our team at RPS Incorporated. As a key member of our Communications and Engagement team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing communication, consultation, and community relations strategies for major infrastructure projects.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who is dedicated to shaping meaningful outcomes for the community and supporting clients to deliver innovative engagement and communication programs. You will have a proven track record of developing and delivering communication, consultation, and community relations projects, and possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and edit accurately to publishing quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication, consultation, and community relations strategies for major infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative engagement and communication programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community groups, clients, and project teams
  • Provide expert advice on communication, consultation, and community relations best practices
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals, reports, and other documentation
