This is a Communications Specialist role with JLL, a leading company in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the internal communications strategy for the cross-functional Real Estate Projects and Workplace Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the internal communications strategy, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.
  • Maintain a communication project plan and timeline for the region.
  • Create and deliver internal communications content, including email/Slack updates, newsletters, tool content, videos, and presentations.
  • Identify and work with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Identify opportunities or coordinate internal events to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture.
  • Audit and maintain content on the company's internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's goals and values.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of corporate messaging and ability to partner with internal teams.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management and process efficiency implementation skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Agility to execute on multiple initiatives.
  • Proven success in building internal stakeholder relationships in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or similar Communications Business Administration equivalent.
  • Experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.
  • Certifications or experience in Project Management and/or Change Management advantageous.
