About Our Workplace Investigation Role

This key position is responsible for conducting meticulous, timely and procedurally fair assessments and investigations into workplace grievances, bullying, harassment, and misconduct related to employees.

The investigator will ensure that standards are adhered to within appropriate investigation timelines and in accordance with relevant legislation and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough and unbiased assessments and/or investigations to the highest quality standard
- Prepare for and conduct interviews with respondents, witnesses and complainants including supported people and their families as relevant
- Gather, analyze, and review evidence, information and documents provided as part of an assessment or investigation process
- Provide recommendations on appropriate activities to aid resolution
- Document process, allegations, findings, evidence, and other critical information into a comprehensive report
- High level analytical ability, with ability to ask probing questions
- Strong ability to use discretion and sound judgment to resolve issues independently
- Able to influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders internally and externally to foster productive working relationships
- Ability to critically evaluate information from various angles, assess risks, and identify solutions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience working in dynamic environments
- Strong experience writing reports, preparing correspondence and other documents for senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting high-quality, sensitive and complex workplace investigations
